With vented 18/10 grade stainless steel riveted handles and self basting tempered glass lids to seal in flavour and juices whilst allowing you for easy viewing of the contents this range fully benefits from the superior even heat conductivity obtained by aluminium to ensure no hot spots and allow for cooking at lower temperatures making this cookware more energy efficient and economical. Available in four sizes: 14cm milkpan (1.2 litre capacity) - perfect for cooking sauces and boiling eggs or milk; 16cm saucepan (1.9 litre capacity) - ideal for vegetables; 18cm saucepan (2.7 litre capacity) - great for rice or potatoes and larger quantities of vegetables; 20cm saucepan (3.6 litre capacity) - big enough for pasta or potatoes or to accommodate a steamer or pasta insert.
